60 minutes. Your personalised Readiness Map. One practical next step.💜
You may know the protocol, the dates and the medications. On paper, everything may be organised.
But there can also be things carried quietly alongside IVF. Uncertainty about what comes next. Previous disappointment. Questions about your body. The pressure to keep functioning. Trying to stay hopeful while protecting yourself from disappointment at the same time.
I call this The Quiet Load™ of IVF.
It is the emotional load a woman may carry quietly while appearing to be coping on the outside.
Not every woman experiences IVF in the same way, and carrying a Quiet Load™ does not mean you are not coping.
It simply means the emotional side of IVF deserves space too. 💜
Ready Steady IVF is a complimentary private 60-minute session with me, designed to give the emotional side of IVF some dedicated space.
Together, we explore what may be sitting in your Quiet Load™, what is already supporting you, and where some additional support could be useful. As we talk, we create your personalised IVF Readiness Map.
This is coaching grounded in lived experience and structured frameworks. It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it is designed to complement the care you receive from your clinic and other health professionals.
Book your 60-minute session. Choose a time that suits you. There is nothing to prepare or complete beforehand.
We map it together. Through conversation, we explore what you may be carrying, what is already supporting you, and where some additional support could be useful. Your personalised IVF Readiness Map takes shape as we talk.
We make sense of what emerges. We look at the whole picture together, gently and at your pace. There is no score to achieve and no expectation that you should feel a certain way about IVF.
Leave with one practical next step. You finish the session with your personalised IVF Readiness Map to keep and one manageable action based on what feels most useful for you.
IVF can affect more than one part of your emotional world at the same time. Exploring these eight areas helps us look at the whole picture, including what is already supporting you and where some additional support may be useful.

Stress and overwhelm
Partner or relationship support

Preparing emotionally for different outcomes

My fertility journey began at 25 and spanned fifteen years.
Along the way, I experienced PCOS, surgery, two miscarriages, fertility treatments that did not work, and a point where I knew I needed to step away.
At 35, I paused treatment and spent the next five years rebuilding my emotional wellbeing, reconnecting with my body and understanding what I needed around me before I could consider IVF again.
When I returned to IVF at 39, I felt steadier, clearer and more supported within myself. My son was born when I was 40.
Ready Steady IVF, The RISE Method™ and The Quiet Load™ of IVF grew from that experience.
I created the kind of structured emotional support I wish I had been able to access earlier in my own fertility journey.
Today, I work as a Fertility and Mindset Coach, supporting women through the emotional side of preparing for and moving through IVF.
In 2026, I was shortlisted for Best Fertility Coach by the European Fertility Society.
My background includes more than thirty years in education, alongside specialist fertility-coaching and IVF training through the Fertility Coach Academy, Wholesome Fertility Method and Inside IVF Practitioner training.
Some women leave with everything they need for now: their personalised IVF Readiness Map, greater clarity about where support may be useful, and one practical next step.
For others, the session may highlight that some additional support would be helpful. If that is the case, we can talk about what that could look like, whether that is a few practices to take away, further coaching, The RISE Method™, or a referral to another appropriate professional.
There is no expectation that Ready Steady IVF means committing to anything further.
You leave knowing what your next step is, and whether you want any additional support.💜
